Social Responsibility

 

"LUKOIL SERBIA" d.o.o. „Social code" describes its commitment to social responsibility in regard to all parties engaged in its business operations in any way. This includes employees, stockholders, pensioners, business partners, the state and, as the final instance, the society in its entirety.

In accordance with these principles, through privatization of „Beopetrol", the Company was committed to meeting its social program responsibilities, including the complementary segment of leisure and education od employees.

The Purchase and Sale Agreement stipulated the total sum of 2.4 billion Euros to be allocated for professional training of employees. Almost all Company employees have completed the training in line with their job requirements. This education was performed both in the country and internationally, primarily in LUKOIL organizations.

The company strives to continuously increase the level of social protection of its employees. The cooperation between the employer and the Trade Union Organization of the Independent Trade Union LUKOIL SERBIA continues with the extension of the Collective Agreement in 2025.

Implementation of health and recreation program for LUKOIL SRBIJA d.o.o. employees started at the end of 2004. The Contract stipulated implementation of this type of program during the first two years of the post-privatization period. The amount of 1.3 million Euros was invested in this segment.

In 2010, the LUKOIL SRBIJA Company and the trade union organization MOPO OAO LUKOIL allocated considerable funds to employees whose residential buildings were damaged by the earthquake in Kraljevo.

The Company employees regularly respond to voluntary blood donation campaigns, conducted in the Company Head Office at least annually and participate in humanitarian actions.
