HOW TO GET YOUR OWN CARD?
Customers who buy minimum 20 liters of oil products will receive their own LUKOIL SRBIJA loyalty card immediately. The customers will be able to obtain their LUKOIL cards at all retail facilities of “LUKOIL SRBIJA“d.o.o. located throughout Serbia.
Download the LUKOIL mobile application and create a virtual loyalty card or register an existing loyalty card in the application and immediately obtain more favorable conditions.
HOW TO COLLECT POINTS?
User obtains the right to points by purchasing fuel and by using the mobile application, as well as by purchasing goods from additional assortment and paying for services (except for the purchase of tobacco products, hot non-alcoholic beverages, newspapers, products that are purchased with a discount obtained by using points, laundry and vacuum cleaner tokens and mobile phone and ETS recharge payments) without using previously accumulated points.
The value of a point on the LUKOIL SERBIA loyalty card is 1 point = 1 dinar.
LUKOIL SRBIJA plastic card will enable using discounts at retail networks in Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania and Bulgaria (in accordance with “LUKOIL Montenegro”, “LUKOIL Macedonia”, “LUKOIL Croatia”, "LUKOIL Romania" and "LUKOIL Bulgaria" business policy).
The benefits provided by the LUKOIL loyalty card cannot be combined with the benefits provided by other LUKOIL SERBIA cards (Agricultural card, Taxi card, Partner Club card, card for LUKOIL employees, corporate cards, etc.).
In order to be entitled to points during the purchase, the user is obliged to show the loyalty card or mobile application (QR code) to the employee at the gas station.

CROSS-ACCEPTANCE IN THE REGION WITH MOBILE APPLICATION AND LOYALTY CARD
With the LUKOIL SERBIA mobile application and plastic loyalty card, you can achieve significant savings in the countries of the Balkan Regional Organization LUKOIL. If your trip takes you to Croatia, Montenegro, or North Macedonia, you can get discounts on fuel and certain products from the supplementary assortment at LUKOIL gas stations (except cigarettes, newspapers, refills for mobile phones and ETS device, LPG bottles, AD BLUE bulk, internet cards).
Loyal users from Croatia, North Macedonia and Montenegro can obtain benefits at gas stations in Serbia using both loyalty cards and their mobile applications.
You can also use cross-acceptance benefits and discounts with the physical loyalty card and mobile application at LUKOIL gas stations in the the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and Republic of Romania.

It is enough for the user to download the LUKOIL SRBIJA application, register and his loyalty card will be digitized. By opening the virtual LUKOIL SRBIJA loyalty card, directly on your mobile phone, all information about gas stations, discounts, promotions and special offers will be quickly and easily available. The network of LUKOIL SRBIJA gas stations will be one click away from the user and will suggest our closest facility to the user’s current location.
Consumers can use the app with every purchase and collect and spend points easier than ever, while the LUKOIL mobile app allows you to track your loyalty card balance as well as view transactions. The LUKOIL AGRO Card user may be any person who is engaged in agricultural production, specifically the crop production sub-type.
In order to get this card, a farmer should submit an application form for the issuance of card and enclose all necessary documents, on which the farmers may get information at LUKOIL SRBIJA d.o.o. filling stations or https://klub.lukoil.rs/ .
LUKOIL AGRO Card will be issued in site and will be activated immediately.
Durability date of LUKOIL program for farmers is not limited. In case of program suspension, the Company will officially announce it.
WHO MAY USE LUKOIL TAXI CARDS?
The user of a LUKOIL TAXI Card may be an entrepreneur or legal entity registered for performing taxi driver services of passengers and having a valid license for performing this activity.
HOW DO YOU GET A LUKOIL TAXI CARD?
LUKOIL TAXI Card is a debit card.
In order to get a LUKOIL TAXI Card you need to fill in an application for issuance of card and submit the following documents:
Photocopy of ID Card;
Photocopy of TAXI license, or:
Photocopy of TAXI Vehicle Classification Certificate, or
Permition for conducting TAXI transportation on the teritori of the city, or
Some other document which confirmes that the applicant is performing activities in the field od TAXI transportation (such as a valid TAXI vehicle registration, or such document).
The Application Form as well as Card Terms and Conditions can be found at LUKOIL SRBIJA d.o.o. filling stations. LUKOIL TAXI Card Program is implemented at all Company filling stations.
What is the time limit for LUKOIL TAXI card issuance?
LUKOIL TAXI Card will be issued immediately at filling station.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROGRAM LAST?
In case of program suspension, LUKOIL SRBIJA d.o.o. will officially announce it.
Through the Loyalty Program with the TAXI loyalty card, the amount of derivatives purchased on a monthly basis is limited to 800 liters per card. After 800 liters have been purchased, TAXI loyalty card users will not receive a discount.
