LUKOIL LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR NATURAL PERSONS

LUKOIL SRBIJA AD has prepared a new benefit for its customers within the Loyalty Program for natural persons.

Each customer who buys at least 20 liters of petroleum products will get right away a LUKOIL Card, which saves money and provides prizes and gifts.

Every month, beside regular benefits, to which the Card users are entitled thanks to the point collection system when buying petroleum products, LPG auto gas and consumer goods at LUKOIL SRBIJA AD filling stations, there will be special gifts and surprises awaiting LUKOIL Card users.

LUKOIL Card users may get their card already as of 06 June 2016 at all LUKOIL SRBIJA AD retail facilities throughout Serbia.

HOW DO YOU GET THE CARD?

If you buy at least 20 liters of petroleum products, you can get your LUKOIL Card right away.

WHAT WILL THIS CARD ENABLE YOU?

Discount for purchase of fuel and LPG auto gas up to 6 dinars per liter;

Lower prices for products in Mini shops;

Gift vouchers for purchasing goods in partner facilities at special prices;

If you collect a certain number of points in a month, new benefits are awaiting you already in the next month.

HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO COLLECT POINTS?

Use the Card at any LUKOIL filling station and collect points when purchasing fuel, LPG auto gas and consumer goods, and you get for:

Any purchase in the amount of RSD 100 = 1 point;

Any purchase of ECTO fuel = 2 x point (duplicating points);

The more points you collect, the more benefits you get!

The scale enabling discounts for petroleum products is formed on the basis of purchases in the previous month.

CONSUMPTION RECORDS

Every Card owner automatically becomes a member of the LUKOIL Club. As a member, you are enabled access to personal account at URL: klub.lukoil.rs, where you can always get information on the status of collected/used points and liters as well as a clear history of all former purchases. Furthermore, you may get the same information using free call service to Contact Centre # 0800 222 882.

LUKOIL CARDS FOR FARMERS

An opportunity for all registered agricultural holdings wishing to optimize and control their business costs.

Oil Company LUKOIL SRBIJA AD has provided Agro Cards for farmers. When buying fuel with LUKOIL AGRO Cards the customers are entitled to discount of 7 dinars on ECTO Diesel, discount of 5 dinars on Euro Diesel and for purchasing Gas Oil 0.1 discount of 3 dinars.

The LUKOIL AGRO Card user may be any registered agricultural holding, farmer, company, agricultural cooperative, institution or any other legal entity, entrepreneur or farmer engaged in agricultural activity.

In order to get this card, a farmer should fill in an application form for the issuance of card and enclose all necessary documents, on which the farmers may get information at LUKOIL SRBIJA AD filling stations or Company Website.

LUKOIL AGRO Card will be issued in situ and will be activated immediately or at the latest 48 hours after document submission.

Durability date of LUKOIL program for farmers is not limited. In case of program suspension, the Company will officially announce it on the Company's Website. The Application Form as well as Card Terms and Conditions for farmers may be downloaded here or found at LUKOIL SRBIJA AD filling stations.

WHO MAY USE LUKOIL TAXI CARDS?

The user of a LUKOIL TAXI Card may be an entrepreneur or legal entity registered for performing taxi driver services of passengers and having a valid license for performing this activity.

HOW DO YOU GET A LUKOIL TAXI CARD?

LUKOIL TAXI Card is a debit card.
In order to get a LUKOIL TAXI Card you need to fill in an application for issuance of card and submit the following documents:

Registration Certificate of the Register of Business Entities;
Photocopy of ID Card;
Photocopy of Taxi license;
Signed LUKOIL TAXI Card Terms and Conditions;

The Application Form as well as Card Terms and Conditions can be found on this website and at LUKOIL SRBIJA AD filling stations. LUKOIL TAXI Card Program is implemented at all Company filling stations.

What is the time limit for LUKOIL TAXI card issuance?

LUKOIL TAXI Card will be issued within 5 days as of the application date.

what are the BENEFITS gained with LUKOIL TAXI card?

When buying fuel with LUKOIL TAXI Card you are entitled to discount of 9 dinars for purchasing ECTO Diesel and Euro Diesel, 5 dinars for ECTO Plus and Euro Premium BMB 95 and 6 dinars for LPG auto gas, as well as several benefits and discounts when purchasing nonfuel goods on our gas stations.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROGRAM LAST?

The Program in Belgrade begun on 23 June 2014, and in the rest of Serbia on 1 July 2014. The Program duration is not limited. In case of program suspension, LUKOIL SRBIJA AD will officially announce it on the Company's Website.
