Within the framework of cooperation under the terms of the lease
"LUKOIL SERBIA" d.o.o. may act as a lessee or sublessee by using the gas
station on the basis of the lease agreement or sublease with independent
operators on the retail market of petroleum products — the owner or lessee of
such petrol stations.

Requirements to be met by gas station.
During the cooperation proposal consideration, following gas station characteristics will be taken into account:
Position, external infrastructure, competitive environment;
Basic territory, facilities, buildings, reservoir park, gas station equipment characteristics;
Compliance with the gas station technical equipment requirements;
The level of average daily sales of motor fuels and consumer goods;
The correct functioning of the gas station technological equipment;
The absence of restrictions for bringing the gas station in line with LUKOIL company standards.
LEASING “LUKOIL SRBIJA” GAS STATIONS
„LUKOIL SRBIJA“ d.o.o. may act as the lessor of gas stations in its possession, surrendering them to the lease under the lease agreement to the independent operator in the market of petroleum products.
Besides the petrol stations complex in the lease can be offered separate real estate objects or surfaces that are located on the gas station territory: shops, cafes, car-wash or service stations.
IN ORDER TO START COOPERATION YOU ARE EXPECTED TO:
To be informed about the possible cooperation issues under the terms of the lease of gas stations or special objects of real estate located in the territory of the gas station;
To become familiar with the list of facilities that are offered for lease;
To submit to the Company your offer with intention to lease a petrol station.
Interested parties should contact us by an official letter addressed to "LUKOIL SERBIA" d.o.o. in the form of an offer, specifying concrete building and the lease amount.
