LUKОIL SRBIЈА DELIVERS MULTIDIMENSIONAL TRAINING FOR ITS PRODUCTION STAFF

To ensure a continuing professional development of its staff working at filling stations and its partners, at the beginning of 2021 the Company proceeded with the second level training programme. In view of the pandemic crisis, a flexible online training system was developed, enabling the supervisors at each filling station to access the training platform from their PCs. The thematic fields relevant for each staff member immediately upon their employment were processed, having a form of a basic training. The platform may also be used by supervisors and partners of filling stations as an auxiliary tool for educating their employees. At any point, the assistance may be obtained from corporate trainers. At a later stage, the attendees undergo specialist trainings.
Specialist trainings will also include the staff working at LUKОIL SRBIЈА oil depots, concerning diesel fuel transshipment from river vessels to oil base tanks. Such training was organized for six staff members in January this year, as well as for the newly employed at Ostruћnica depot.
A special block of training courses was developed for handling of dangerous goods when loading of fuel into tank trucks at the oil depot tank farm. According to the training programme, some multidimensional trainings were also delivered in fire protection, followed by occupational safety and health courses.
