LUKOIL SRBIJA personnel organized in October an action of collecting warm clothing, hats, scarves, mittens and shoes for the children provided refuge in the Belgrade Children’s Shelter. The Operating Manager of the Novi Beograd Children’s Shelter, Marko Tošić, and the Coordinator, Mina Lučić, was presented the LUKOIL SRBIJA donation by Ana Janković, HR Director.
This is the only institution of such kind in Serbia, operating in two locations: Zvezdara and Novi Beograd, with the main goal of improving the quality of life of children from five to 15 years of age, who live or work on the streets, providing them safe environment and fulfillment of basic needs, primarily food and personal hygiene. The stay of children is voluntary, including them as Shelter’s users into the education system and supporting them during their education, thus enabling there ever more complete integration into the society.
As many times before on different occasions, LUKOIL SRBIJA personnel joined this humane action and provided warm clothing and shoes to the little ones for the coming cold days. Also, the Company “St. George“, the renowned manufacturer of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, and a member of suppliers of goods of supplementary assortment at the LUKOIL SRBIJA filling stations, has not remained indifferent and completed with the donation of its products the contribution of the Company.
