IGOR SEMENIČEV RECEIVED AN ORDEN FOR FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION BETWEEN NATIONS

In the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in Serbia, in the Russian Center of Science and Culture, Ruski dom (Russia House), in Belgrade on December 10, the General Director of "LUKOIL SRBIJA" AD and the head of the Balkan MRO, Igor Semeničev, was awarded with the prestigious state award Rossotrudnichestvo - the Order for Friendship and Cooperation.
This award is a symbol of the Federal Agency's appreciation, for the cooperation of independent states, citizens of the Russian Federation living abroad, and for international humanitarian cooperation, to Igor Alexandrovich Semeničev, and the company he heads, for their active support to the Representative Office during the implementation of cultural, educational and other socially important projects which contribute to the strengthening of mutual relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Serbia.
A black tie reception was held at the Russian Center for Science and Culture, on the occasion of the award ceremony, with the participation of the management and employees of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in Serbia. The Counsellor of the Representative Office, Nadezhda Kushchenkova, bestowed the Order on our General Director. Thus far, only a few prominent figures in the field of culture and business, including Director Emir Kusturica and legendary Soviet Singer Tamara Gverdtsiteli, have had the honor to receive this unique award.
During a brief tour of the Russia House, the oldest Russian cultural center in the world which marked 85 years of its existence in 2018, General Director Igor Semeničev had the opportunity to get acquainted with the unique history of the House, contemporary programs, as well as possibilities and plans for the upcoming period.
