In the presence of Mayor Darko Bulatović, vouchers worth RSD 300,000 and 200,000 were presented to the directors of these institutions by the Director General of LUKOIL SRBIJA Igor Semenichev.

The donation was part of the "Good Energy Launches Good Deeds" project. The project was implememented between May 25 and June 25 by the Company and the City of Niš at the Company's five gas stations, and the citizens were given the opportunity to vote, which contributed to the projects success and the proper distribution of funds.

- We are pleased to have participated in this project and to have, at the same time, strengthened our cooperation with the City. I am grateful to the city of Niš and to the citizens who showed a great dose of interest. These kinds of projects are important for the social life of a city. We will continue with these activities in accordance with our capabilities and we will always welcome similar projects, the General Director of LUKOIL SRBIJA Igor Semenichev said.

The Mayor of Niš, Darko Bulatović, thanked the management of LUKOIL SRBIJA and the citizens who participated in this action. - Around seven thousand citizens took part in this campaign, which is a large number. These institutions are important for our City. This is not the first time that LUKOIL has given its contribution and showed how socially responsible it is and I hope that we will continue our cooperation in the future, stressed Mayor Darko Bulatović.

The directors of the institutions thanked the leadership of the City of Niš and the company "LUKOIL SRBIJA" AD for their help and stressed how much all of this trully meant to them.

- We wish to thank the City of Niš for remembering our institution, which is not an institution funded by the City but by the Republic. We have 680 children and 450 foster families. The Republic takes care of all of them, but every dinar is welcome. We will use these funds to install interactive whiteboards as well as air conditioners which are necessary to improve our work conditions", the Director of the Center for Family Accommodations and Adoption Violeta Blagojević said.

The Director of the "Mara" Institution, Miloš Ranđelović believes that there will be even more of these actions. "We will use the RSD 300,000 to equip our rooms and purchase beds", he said.
