SUPPORT FOR THE ARRANGEMENT OF BELGRADE PARKS

The Contract on providing financial support in the amount of RSD 10 million envisages renewal of public green areas, where children playgrounds will be constructed along with outdoor fitness training grounds and basketball grounds, for placing park furniture and planting of greenery and conifers in several streets in the Municipality of Zemun.
The cooperation concerning the last projects within cooperation entered into by Agreement 2017 was made official when signed by Deputy Mayor of the City of Belgrade, Andreja Mladenović, the Company General Manager, Igor Semenychev, and PKC Zelenilo Beograd Director Slobodan Stanojević.
Deputy Mayor thanked LUKOIL on good cooperation and support to the selected city projects during the last two years, and stressed that this company had adopted and showed social responsibility strategies a long time ago. – This time LUKOIL SRBIJA decided to support the construction and renewal of two parks in the Municipality of Zemun. This shows its willingness to invest not only in the community where it conducts its business, but to observe and cherish the nature.
PKC Zelenilo Beograd Director stressed that this is a fine example of business practice when a great multinational company is constructing and taking care of a new and better city areas for its citizens and children.
- It is only natural that this project makes the annual cycle of our cooperation with the City of Belgrade in 2017 complete. For two years in a row already, together with the City of Belgrade, LUKОIL SRBIЈА endeavors to support projects in the field of sports, culture, science and social protection. I am very glad we have a chance to make such fine ideas true, which is the reason I am confident that this cooperation will continue in the future as well, Igоr Sеmеnychеv said.
With the Agreement worth RSD 22.5 million, signed at the beginning of this year, with the aim of expanding and developing cooperation on a long-term and stable basis, the cooperation between the City of Belgrade and Company LUKОIL SRBIJA, started already in 2016.
