LUKOIL SRBIJA REPRESENTATIVES PARTICIPATED IN CEREMONIAL SIGNING OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LUKOIL AND TRADE UNION

The Agreement between PAO “LUKOIL” and MOPO PAO “LUKOIL” was signed In September at the LUKOIL headquarters in Moscow by the Company’s President Vagit Alekperov and the trade union President Georgy Kiradiev. The signing was attended by members of the PAO LUKOIL Commission for the regulation of social and labor relations. Representatives of management and the trade unions, for all regions in which the Company is present, participated in the online mode. On behalf of LUKOIL SRBIJA, General Director Denis Ryupin and HR Director Ana Janković participated in the work of the conference, while the trade union organization of the Samostalni Sindikat LUKOIL SRBIJA was represented by its President Dejan Janjić.
"Again, we have shown mutual understanding, which firmly connects trade unions, the LUKOIL Group and management," said Vagit Alekperov, the Company's President. He pointed out that the most important thing is that the agreement will be consistently respected even during the crisis on the energy market, which has been additionally burdened by the pandemic. According to him, the document has additionally strengthened and increased the rights of workers.
According to the Chairman of MOPO, Georgy Kiradiev, the new document is another step forward, which opens new opportunities for the development of the Company, both in the production activity and in the social sphere.
