HOW TO GET YOUR OWN CARD?
Customers who buy minimum 20 liters of oil products will receive their own LUKOIL SRBIJA loyalty card immediately. The customers will be able to obtain their LUKOIL cards at all retail facilities of “LUKOIL SRBIJA“d.o.o. located throughout Serbia.
Download the LUKOIL mobile application and create a virtual loyalty card or register an existing loyalty card in the application and immediately obtain more favorable conditions.
HOW TO COLLECT POINTS?
User obtains the right to points by purchasing fuel and by using the mobile application, as well as by purchasing goods from additional assortment and paying for services (except for the purchase of tobacco products, hot non-alcoholic beverages, newspapers, products that are purchased with a discount obtained by using points, laundry and vacuum cleaner tokens and mobile phone and ETS recharge payments) without using previously accumulated points.
The value of a point on the LUKOIL SERBIA loyalty card is 1 point = 1 dinar.
LUKOIL SRBIJA plastic card will enable using discounts at retail networks in Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania and Bulgaria (in accordance with “LUKOIL Montenegro”, “LUKOIL Macedonia”, “LUKOIL Croatia”, "LUKOIL Romania" and "LUKOIL Bulgaria" business policy).
The benefits provided by the LUKOIL loyalty card cannot be combined with the benefits provided by other LUKOIL SERBIA cards (Agricultural card, Taxi card, Partner Club card, card for LUKOIL employees, corporate cards, etc.).
In order to be entitled to points during the purchase, the user is obliged to show the loyalty card or mobile application (QR code) to the employee at the gas station.
The stated conditions are approved immediately at the retail facilities "LUKOIL SRBIJA" d.o.o.
CROSS-ACCEPTANCE IN THE REGION WITH MOBILE APPLICATION AND LOYALTY CARD
With the LUKOIL SERBIA mobile application and physical loyalty card, you can achieve significant savings even in the member countries of the Balkan Regional Organization LUKOIL.
On your way through Croatia, Montenegro or North Macedonia, you can get discounts on fuel and certain additional goods at LUKOIL gas stations (except cigarettes, newspapers, mobile phone and TAG device top-ups, LPG bottles, bulk AD BLUE, internet cards).
The discount you receive when refueling with a LUKOIL SERBIA physical loyalty card and mobile application in Croatia and Montenegro is 1% of the retail price of fuel at the gas station where you refuel, while in North Macedonia this discount is 0.50 denars per liter of purchased fuel. The bill reduction for products from the supplementary range with a physical LUKOIL SERBIA loyalty card in Croatia, North Macedonia and Montenegro is 3% of the retail prices displayed on the shelves with the items.
Use cross-acceptance benefits and discounts with a physical loyalty card and mobile application also on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria: 0.04 EUR/L on ECTO fuels, 0.03 EUR/L on standard Euro 95 and Diesel fuels, 0.02 EUR/L on LPG/CNG and 3% for products from the supplementary range. At LUKOIL gas stations in the territory of the Republic of Romania, you get a discount of 1% on ECTO fuels, 1% on standard Euro 95 and Diesel fuels, 1% on LPG/CNG, as well as 3% for products from the supplementary range with the mobile application and the LUKOIL SERBIA loyalty card.
Loyal users from Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Romania can receive benefits at gas stations in Serbia using both loyalty cards and their mobile applications.

LUKOIL SRBIJA has launched a mobile application that allows consumers to use services and products within its network of gas stations more easily and with greater convenience. It is enough for the user to download the LUKOIL SRBIJA application, register and his loyalty card will be digitized. By opening the virtual LUKOIL SRBIJA loyalty card, directly on your mobile phone, all information about gas stations, discounts, promotions and special offers will be quickly and easily available. The network of LUKOIL SRBIJA gas stations will be one click away from the user and will suggest our closest facility to the user’s current location.
Consumers can use the app with every purchase and collect and spend points easier than ever, while the LUKOIL mobile app allows you to track your loyalty card balance as well as view transactions. Digitization and introduction of innovations to everyday operations are what the Company is committed to, all in order to save its customers time and provide a quality service.
The LUKOIL company has provided special benefits for its users engaged in agricultural work with the AGRO loyalty card.
The user of the LUKOIL AGRO card can be anyone engaged in agricultural production, in the sub-species Production of plant crops.
This is an opportunity for all registered farms that want to optimize and control the costs of their business.
LUKOIL SERBIA informs users that plastic (or physical) loyalty cards for farmers are no longer issued, but only virtual cards that are used through the LUKOIL mobile application, noting that benefits with previously issued plastic (or physical) cards are still approved until the expiration date of the card.
In order to exercise the right to a LUKOIL AGRO virtual card, the farmer should apply for the card at "LUKOIL SERBIA" gas stations, i.e. attach the necessary documentation, which can be obtained at the Company's stations.
The LUKOIL AGRO virtual card is created on the spot and will be activated in the shortest possible time. After the card is activated, the user receives information about it from the gas station, and after that he can register in the mobile application, i.e. add his card to the mobile application.
Required documentation for issuing an AGRO loyalty card:
- Scanned ID card (or a copy of the front of the ID card)
- Certificate of active status from the Register of Agricultural Holdings, or
- Proof that the user has a legal basis for the use of the land, the cadastral culture of the "field" and that is the proof of ownership or the contract for the lease of the given land, concluded with the owner,
The duration of the LUKOIL program for farmers is not limited, from 14.08.2026. and further. In case of interruption of the program, the Society will officially inform the public on its website.

WHO CAN USE THE LUKOIL TAXI CARD?
The user of the LUKOIL TAXI card can be an entrepreneur or a legal entity that is registered to carry out auto-taxi transportation of passengers and has a valid authorization to carry out this activity.
HOW TO GET A LUKOIL TAXI CARD?
In order to exercise your right to a LUKOIL TAXI card, you need to apply for a card at the gas station and attach the following documentation:
• A scanned identity card;
• A photocopy of the taxi license or one of the following documents:
o a photocopy of the certificate of convenience and classification of taxi vehicles, or
o the approval to carry out taxi transportation on the territory of the city, or
o another document that confirms that the person who submitted the request performs activities in the field of taxi transportation (for example: a valid traffic license with a taxi mark in the part of the registration number or similar).
LUKOIL SERBIA informs users that plastic (physical) TAXI loyalty cards are no longer issued, but only virtual cards that are used through the LUKOIL mobile application, with a note that benefits with previously issued plastic (physical) cards are still approved until the card expires.
You can find the rules and conditions for using the card at gas stations and in the "LUKOIL SERBIA" d.o.o. mobile application.
The LUKOIL TAXI card program is implemented at all gas stations of the Company from 14.08.2026. and further. The LUKOIL TAXI card is issued immediately at the retail outlet. In case of interruption of the program "LUKOIL SERBIA" d.o.o. will officially inform the public.
