NEW COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT SIGNED

The General Director of LUKOIL SRBIJA Igor Semenichev and the President of the company’s representative trade union, the “Samostalni sindikat LUKОIL SRBIЈА", Dejan Janjić, signed a new Collective Agreement today in the presence of members of the negotiating teams.
"Ours is a socially responsible company and all provisions of the Collective Agreement will be respected", said the Director General. He stressed that mutual understanding was shown during negotiations, which should be nurtured in the future, as well as that after an important job finalized today, the collective should continue to direct its energy to achieving the desired business results.
"Thanks to a willingness to negotiate and good cooperation during the past three months, an agreement has been reached and a document has been signed which has brought some improvements to the position of employees", said Dejan Janjic before the staff, adding that he hopes this Collective Agreement represents a good basis for future expansion.
The new Collective Agreement of the Company for the Sale of Petroleum Products "LUKOIL SRBIJA" AD Beograd will be valid for the next three years.
