NEW LUKOIL SRBIJA COLLECTIVE BARGANING AGREEMENT SIGNED

Within the Company’s premises, the General Director of LUKОIL SRBIЈА Denis Ryupin, on behalf of the employer, and the President of the LUKОIL SRBIЈА Samostalni Sindikat trade union organization Dejan Janjić, on behalf of the employees, signed a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. This is the fifth Collective Bargaining Agreement in a row since the moment of privatization and it has brought a new positive shift in the position of employees.
The signing ceremony was attended by some representatives of both sides who participated in the negotiation process, which began in June of this year - HR Director Ana Janković, Director of Economics, Finance and Treasury Svetlana Bondareva, and senior technical and administrative associate at the Directorate for Development and Exploitation Olivera Hajduković.
"We want social stability at our Company, with appropriate conditions, and that is why we are cooperating constructively with the union for the benefit of the collective and for the benefit of the Company", said general director Denis Ryupin, thanking the union president and all union members for their cooperation. The President of the LUKОIL SRBIЈА Samostalni Sindikat trade union organization Dejan Janjić expressed his satisfaction: "We have achieved mutually acceptable solutions and improved conditions for employees." He especially thanked the members of the negotiating team, all the workers who provided support during the process, as well as the representatives of the Employer for their understanding and cooperation.
