During July and August of this year, thanks to a donation from LUKOIL SERBIA, an educational program of the humanitarian organization " Dеčје srcе " in the field of vocational training of people with developmental disabilities is being implemented within the framework of the "Sounds of the Heart" work center in Belgrade. This program is implemented in accordance with the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities of the Republic of Serbia.

The training in the first part aims to acquire social skills and competencies, such as respecting the daily rhythm, business dress code, hygiene, and communication. These skills are taught through simu​lations of working conditions in a café, workshop and shop that are part of the work center. The second phase of training focuses on the application of specific work skills needed to perform jobs such as bartender, waiter, salesperson, worker on a press and a sewing machine. In this way, the Company helps these young people to become skilled for work, enhance their employability and thus make them useful to themselves, their families and society.
