OIL INDUSTRY WORKERS' DAY COINCIDES WITH THE COMPANY' S ANNIVERSARY

The Oil Industry Worker's Day, LUKOIL SRBIJA AD marked on 21 September in Hotel Metropol Palace in a particularly festive atmosphere. In the presence of the representatives of the diplomatic and business communities as well as representatives of the State and local self-government authorities and employees of the Company, honorary degrees and certificates of appreciation as well as honorary plaques were awarded to the the most significant business partners. As usual, guests were offered a warm welcome by the host, CEO Andrey Kuku, who expressed his deep gratitude to the Ambassador of the Russian Federation, Alexander Chepurin, Minister of Energy of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Antić, Belgrade Deputy Mayor, Andrija Mladenović, and City Manager, Goran Vesić, as well as all representatives of the City Administration and business partners who attended the celebration. Emphasizing the Company's achievements for 25 years of business operations, projects implemented in the Serbian marker and great plans developed by the Company for all of its organizations, Mr. Kuku wished everyone success at work, much personal happiness and health. Honoring the Anniversary and significance of the Company LUKOIL, the Russian Ambassador emphasized that during his four year long mission in Serbia, he is attending for the third time the LUKOIL corporate holiday, and added: “This is why I would like to wish to all Lukoil people and CEO Andrey Mikhailovich to celebrate this holiday for many years to come, and I hope that I will have the pleasure to join you again“. Mr. Antić congratulated the corporate holiday and the great Anniversary. Emphasizing the strong business and cultural relations between Serbia and Russia, reflecting the best in the energy sector, he stressed: “The Serbian State and the Ministry I am heading, through thirteen years long cooperation with LUKOIL SRBIJA AD, have convinced themselves in the Company's reliability as a partner with whom we actively solve many issues, including the most complex ones, thus removing all obstacles for efficient operations in the Serbian market“. MCs of the event were well known actors Sloboda and Vojin Ćetković who presented the achievements of LUKOIL SRBIJA AD for 25 years of its business operations with a corporate film and part of the Andrey Kuku award ceremony film in the Moscow Headquarters on 31 August of this year, as well as the most beautiful Serbian national dances performed by Cultural Artistic Association KUD “Abrašević“. PRESS CONFERENCE - 25th Anniversary of LUKOIL SRBIJA AD as well as its present and future business operations in Serbia and novelties in the offer of LUKOIL SRBIJA AD were topics at the press conference held on the same day in Hotel Metropol. Beside the CEO, Andrey Kuku, the representatives of the Serbian and Russian media were also addressed by the Ambassadors of the Company's Loyalty Program, Sloboda and Vojin Ćetković. After the introductory speech, CEO answered to questions of the members of the press, and stayed for further informal conversation with the participants bringing the meeting to an end.
