Sa nаvеdеnim u vеzi, a u svemu u skladu sa Pravilima i uslovima za korišćenje LUKOIL KARTICA LOJALNOSTI, оbаvеštаvаmо Vаs dа smо bili prinuđеni dа od 08.03.2022. godine privrеmеnо prоmеnimо uslоvе programa i tо nа tај nаčin štо se privrеmеnо koriguju popusti na naftne derivate. Ujedno vas obaveštavamo da važeći popusti za robu dopunskog asortimana ostaju, kao i ostale pogodnosti, koje program pruža.
Оvа оdlukа је dоnеtа uz sаglеdаvаnjе svih аspеkаtа pоslоvаnjа, kао i uz uvаžаvаnjе Vаšе dugоtrајnе lojalnosti.

Starting from December 5, 2020 “LUKOIL SRBIJA” d.o.o. has prepared an advanced Loyalty Card program and new benefits for its customers, as a part of the 5+ program.
Customers who buy minimum 20 litres of oil products will receive their own LUKOIL card that will bring even more savings, rewards and nice surprises.
Each month, in addition to the regular benefits provided to customers based on the points collected by purchasing consumables at “LUKOIL SRBIJA” d.o.o. filling stations, the holders of LUKOIL cards will be able to acquire special gifts and surprises.
The customers will be able to obtain their LUKOIL cards at all retail facilities of “LUKOIL SRBIJA“ d.o.o. located throughout Serbia.
HOW TO GET YOUR OWN CARD?
You will immediately obtain your own LUKOIL card, upon purchasing minimum 20 litres of oil products.
WHAT ARE THE CARD BENEFITS?
Discounts for buying ECTO fuel of up to RSD 6 per litre;
Exchanging points for goods from additional assortment in the value from only RSD 1;
Instant discounts at each purchase of fuel;
The same card will enable using discounts at retail networks in Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Bolgaria (in accordance with “LUKOIL Montenegro”, “LUKOIL Macedonia”, “LUKOIL Croatia” and "LUKOIL Bolgaria" business policy;
Exchange of points for vouchers to buy goods in partner companies, at special prices.

HOW TO COLLECT POINTS?
The customer will obtain new points exclusively when buying the goods from additional assortment without using previously accumulated points (customers will not obtain points for the purchase of tobacco products, Julius Meinl Coffee and hot beverages, newspapers and magazines, mobile phone and ETS recharge payments, car wash or vacuum cleaner tokens, or currently discounted products). Each purchase in the amount of 1 RSD = 1 point.
With LUKOIL Loyalty Card certain types of Julius Meinl Coffee can be purchased at price of 129 dinars. This offer does not apply to double coffees and is not valid at highway stations.
Collected points may be exchanged during the two years from the moment of points registration at the loyalty card. In case of overdue, points will be annulled.
DISCOUNT SCALE
The scale of discounts for oil products is formed based on the consumption reached in the previous month.
Discounts are applicable within the Republic of Serbia`s territory only.
